Francois Mazoudier - CEO
Francois has got his hands full. He is responsible for setting the strategy, direction and pace of GoHello™ whilst leading the PBX industry’s revolution from hardware to Service On Demand (he calls it SaaS, “Switchboard as a Service”). No mean feat! Surprisingly it doesn’t faze him. He has a passion for developing high growth technology companies and has the relevant track record to prove it. Previously Francois held senior management roles at Central Point Software (now Symantec, Nasdaq: SYMC), PictureTel (now Polycom, Nasdaq: PLCM), Firefox, The Cloud Networks and RealNetworks (Nasdaq:RNWK), where he was the founding member of the European operations. Francois also spent time investing in early stage tech companies and co-founded Speed Ventures, one of Europe’s most prominent early stage Venture Capital firms.

Simon Canham - CFO
With an impressive combination of financial and commercial skills, Simon is not the type of CFO to be stuck behind an Excel spreadsheet. He runs the Group Finance function and with over 15 years of senior management experience in technology and services companies, he seems to have done it all! He’s raised VC money, private funds, rebuilt and restructured companies, merged businesses, refinanced them, and even sold others. He was the CFO and COO at Quiconnect, Commercial Director at iTouch UK and Finance Director at Cadence Design Systems. He learnt from the best, starting his career as an accountant and management consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Mads Flensted-Urech - CTO
Mads is one of our founding team members and joined GoHello™ in 2001. As our top technical guy (otherwise known as 'chief geek') Mads has played a central role in transforming a complex and patented technology platform into the GoHello™ service that we know and love today - simple, web enabled and "telecom 2.0". Before joining GoHello™ he was Director of System Software Development at Adomo (speech enabled email and calendar access from a phone). He is an industry veteran and has also held senior development roles at places like Nokia’s Digital Signal Processing Unit, Intel and Brüel & Kjær. Worryingly, Mads really does get excited about Extreme Programming ("the real XP").

Lars Lindberg - Business Development Director, Asia
Lars started in GoHello as Sales Director of Sales, Scandinavia based in our native Copenhagen, Denmark. He is now leading GoHello's foray into Asia. He joined GoHello from Tele2, one of Europe's leading alternative telecom operators (with over 20 million customers in 14 countries) where he held several senior management roles within Sales, Marketing and Customer Services. He holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Lund. He's also an active Major in the Swedish Armed Forces, so if you’re into warfare strategy and how it applies to business, you’ve got your man.
